Okay, lets start by saying this is a brand new motherboard. Other one was not booting so we went and bought this one.
With nothing connected (i.e Ram, CD-Rom, HDD, Battery) just the AC Adapter the power light comes on (hdd and batter do too when they are connected). But i'm not getting a POST. I've tried reseting the bios by depleting the capacitors but that still hasn't worked. THe CPU fan wont spin up either which is what i find odd.
