Recently bought a toshiba satellite l500-1dt
Stuck now as I need to connect it to a firewire dv camera.
I dont think I have any pc express slots and as far as I understand usb adaptors dont work for all cards.

do you mean pci-express ,laptop don't have pci slots
the link you posted show a usb multi adapter ,giving usb to four other devices, like printer cell phone and digital camera ,ect ect but no firewire , not sure its for you
what model dv camera do you have
