I have a DFI Lan Party UT nf3 250Gb mobo and ever since I first booted it up, it has not recognized any network adapters except firewire. 1304 conncetion is the only one listed in the network adapters tab in device manager. Is this a hardware issue, or is there some software fix?

Did you install the drivers for the onboard network card (likely included in the nForce chipset drivers)? Is it enabled in the motherboard BIOS?

Have that board, you NEED the cd it came with to install the nForce drivers :)

Yes I installed everything on that CD that came with the motherboard and it still doesen't work. How do I check it in the BIOS?
