everytime i connect my mp3 to my pc the the pc turns off what can i do to stop this? any help please?

..hi there!..try to scan your PC and your MP3 by an updated anti-virus software or if you have an internet connection, try this one (housecall.trendmicro.com) download the 7.1 32-bits..nor, try to update your motherboard drivers..i hope it helps!..^_^..
