Hi Sir,
Whenever I start my PC, SMPS fan makes lot of noise.......But after 5 minutes there is no such sound and everything functions perfectly.........Is there some problem in the SMPS, I mean, is it needed to be replaced........? Is it a major problem....?

It Is Either Your Fan Is Dirty Or Have Dust On It.. Your Fan Should Not Be Making So Much Noise.. How Long Is Your COmputer?
