why is it that my ram is running at 200mhz when there is only 1 stick and it can tun at 200,266, and 333? How can I change it?

Your ram will have a bus speed of 200mhz. You will have to replace it with higher bus speed ram to get a higher speed. DO NOT mix different speeds. Mixed speed ram can lead to system instability and can even damage the motherboard in extreme cases.

the confusing part is that the ram is one stick with a bus speed of 333
