My problem is that my graphics card is getting extremely hot (112c). I took it out to see if there was any dust or other particles on it, but there was not. However, I did try to spin the fan, and it seem like it had some resistance to it. Does anyone know how I could get that resistance to be no more? If I need to add any other info, I will gladly do so.

The fan has a bearing, the bearing is most likely dry of grease.
Taking it apart and greasing it is a fiddly and time consuming job. You may be better off just buying a new fan for it.

i have loosened a few by just simply peeling back the little round sticker on the center of the fan and using a 3in1 type oil,no need to take it apart ,for me in some cases anyway
