A focused troubleshooting plan for the startup/no-display issue reported by . requested clarification about which connector was involved, and asked whether it was resolved. The steps below go from the least-invasive checks to more detailed isolation so the faulty part can be found without guessing.

  1. Verify display and keyboard independently: confirm the monitor has its own power LED, try a different video cable and input source, and test the keyboard/monitor on another machine or laptop.
  2. Power basics: try a different wall outlet or power cable and bypass any surge strip.
  3. Minimal-boot test: with power off and unplugged, disconnect all nonessential drives and USB/front-panel headers. Boot the board with only CPU, one RAM stick, and video (use onboard video if available). Observe power/speaker/beep behavior.
  4. Reseat and inspect: reseat RAM, GPU, and power connectors (24-pin and CPU 4/8-pin). Look for bulging capacitors, burnt smells, or loose standoffs causing a short.
  5. PSU checks: if the PSU only behaves when a specific connector is used, that suggests either a shorted peripheral or a failing PSU. Use a PSU tester or have a known-good PSU available to confirm rails. If uncomfortable testing mains voltage, skip to step 7.
  6. Isolate by reconnecting: if minimal boot works, add devices back one at a time to find the failing component.
  7. When to replace parts or get help: if a PSU fails a bench test or the board gives no POST/beeps with known-good parts, replace the PSU or consult a technician.

Background reading on how ATX power and POST work can help with safe testing: Power supply unit (computer) and Power-on self-test. Take ESD and mains-safety precautions; if unsure, use a local repair shop.

When i plug up one socket of four wire

Which 4 wires? What do you mean by "plug up one socket"?

Than everything works fine but no current pass in keyboard and in monitor

You mean to say it starts up, but the monitor and keyboard arn't working? Is the monitor on?

Wire which came out from SMPS
..

I mean when I push the start up button on pc... Fan and light run fine... But monitor is till black

Did you solve the problem?
