Help. I have a Thosiba Satellite laptop that could not withstand my two year old niece standing on top of it while it was closed on the floor. The screen is blank but the computer works. I looked at spare parts prices that cost more than the laptop. Any suggestions as to where to get a reasonbly priced LCD replacement panel. I have already removed it.

Thanks,

Al

I'm new to this forum, so I hope I'm doing this right.
I'm also troubleshooting a display problem on my Toshiba, and I've found a couple of sites where you can purchase a new LCD display:
http://www.lcdscreen.com/
http://www.nationalparts.com/parts.aspx?mfg=Toshiba

I think the new LCD display for my Satellite would be about $85.00 plus shipping.

Hope this helps
Tom
