My son has an Acer 3002Lci laptop that just started having problems after we bought a new battery. All was fine before the new battery was installed. (Also bought a new A/C cord )It now freezes after start up screen goes black (he gets the run Windows safe mode screen). But if it's plugged into ac power, he says it runs fine no problems. Any ideas????
