2) 3 Ghz HT intel 4 CPU
3) 512 Mb RAM
4) 80GB SATA HDD
5) DVD COMBO DRIVE
WHAT would be the best power supply rating for this configuration?

I'd recommend that you get a 400Watt PSU for your configuration, with atleast 17Amp rating on the +12V rail. This will ensure that the system does not face power woes.
