Hi. I'm looking to get a new motherboard to replace my ASUS P4P800 SE. I've had an EVGA 7800 GT video card for a year and a half. I've now finally been able to actually take a break from my hectic life to get a new motherboard and put it in. The only thing I need that is not on this motherboard, is a PCI Express x16. Now here's the catch, I want to keep all of my hardware that I already have.

Here's the rundown:

Pentium 4 3.2 ghz processor with hyper threading
1 GB SDRAM
120 GB hard drive
500 watt power supply
DVD RW/CDRW drive
floppy drive
ethernet card
sound card (not sure exacly what I have)
2 USB in the front, 4 USB in the back
I think that's everything (if not, I'm a dumbass, so let me know what I forgot)

So, my question is, what would be a good replacement motherboard that will work with my setup? I'd prefer ASUS but I'll go with anything that'll work. Any and all information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
