I have an old laptop which does not boot from the hard although you can actually access the hard after booting from the floppy. the funny thing does not also have a boot sequence setup option and after transffering the system to the hard it now doesn't boot at all even from the floppy. it accepts a number of hard types. i was wondering if the landing zone and pre comp have a say as to whether the system will boot please help

you need to fix your drivers boot sector.
