I'm building a PC and was wondering if a nVidia Geforce 7100GS 7100 GS 256MB PCI-E DDR2 DVI graphics card would work on my computer and would it be my best option.

then yeah the video card fits, is the video card SLi ready? because that would be your best bet to get the value out of your SLi motherboard, so later you can buy a card with the same GPU and double your performace.!
