I am trying to fix the built in speakers on a Seanix monitor. It worked fine a few months ago, but has stopped for some reason. When headphones are plugged in there is sound, just not from the monitor speakers. We tried plugging in a different monitor (same model) and the sound didn't work with that either.

I don't know if any of this information will help, so I'm posting everything I know.

does ur computer have a sound card?

Yes, and its working just fine.

How old is the monitor? ~ If it's brand new, i have no idea of the fault, maybe even a simple loose wire?

I'm not sure how old it is, it belongs to the school district.

I don't need to fix the monitor any more, but thanks for your help. Since the school year is almost over they are just going to plug in speakers and wait for their tech guy to fix it.
