Jump to PostWhat error are you getting? FWIW, this is a Star Office file (most likely). LibreOffice or OpenOffice should be able to read this file unless it is corrupted or you are out of memory.

This could also be a file association problem (description of the problem is non-existant). Open LibreOffice and open the file from the menu within LibreOffice.
