I'm an iMac user System 10.2.8 and trying to get a picture on eBay for an item that I'm selling. I can't get an answer to my problem from them, hopefully my fellow Mac people can help me. I have a jpg on iPhoto and they are asking for a URL to locate it. How do I describe it so they can locate it on my computer?

You being able to see the photo in iPhoto doesn't help anyone but you, unless of course you're inviting us all over for coffee and a slide show ;) You need to upload the file somewhere on the internet and post the URL (Uniform Resource Location = the unique 'address' of the file.

Hello,

Kezz is right... you need to have the picture stored on some internet site, and post the link (address) of where the picture is stored. iPhoto is a local photo management utility.
