I have Firefox on my Mac. When i try to view certain videos, not youtube videos, it asks me to install a plugin in order to view it. When i try to install it, it says that it wasn't installed. What plugin can i use in order for it to work? I can provide a screenshot to understand better. Thanks.

My experience with Firefox and plugins is that you have to go to the plugins specific website and download it. Using the method of click to install when on a website, such as youtube, doesn't work.
