Suddenly my old ipod (dock bottom) makes these whirring noises and goes into disk mode. When I try to reset by holding down both select and menu buttons, it then gives me a folder icon with exclamation point. I tried holding the menu and play buttons, then it goes back into disk mode. I charged it from the wall but it won't mount or show in iTunes. What next???
