i went to dos and type format c: and it did what it supposed to do so i turned it back on and a black screen popped up saying invalid disk so i put in the windows cd and same thing happen i dont have a floppy all i have is the hardware cd and the windows cd i really dont know anything about computers if someone can please help me i would apperciate it alot i mean im stuck on a black screen with invalid disk what do i do ???

You were suppost to do you research and learn how to format before you actually did it .make sure that the computer is set to boot to the cd ,do this in the bios ,
