Jump to Postwater and electircs dont mix! but i would personally choose the ultra chilltec thermo electric cooler it has the best reviews but they are both good so its down to personal preference.

can you please describe more, like the pros and cons, and why you would prefer one over the other, because i am new to all this cooling stuff. i always the stock heatsink and fan were good enough, but i was sadly mistaken and i need a decent cooler that can overclock cpus well as well as control temperatures decently.
