Roxio Creator 7 is all of a sudden giving one of my family members some issues. After Burning a CD the software locks up and it cannot close out. I was also told that Label Creator will not run at all.
Hearing this I decided to take a look. I burned a CD and the songs wrote to the CD successfully. I tried opening Label Creator and it is refusing to Launch. However I did not experience Creator 7 locking up, hanging, freezing what ever you'd like to call it.
I'm not getting any errors or anything at all.
Also I'd like to note that running Label Creator from the Start Menu launches the application.
My family member does not want to upgrade to Roxio 9 as he has heard bad reviews about it. Will be installing Nero after this issue with Roxio is fixed. He would like to have both in case one fails or prefers certain features in one over another.
