i am having trouble if i double click on my cd drive in my computer i get a message please insert disc. i already have a disc in the drive. the drive that i had in when this started happening was a dvd-rw . i've changed the drive to a cd-rw and still have the same problem. does anyone have a clue as to what my problem may be?

P.S. I am using win 2000 pro with sp4
