Hi,

need your thoughts or any ideas/solution behind this weird problem,

Scenario:
In outlook 2003, a message is saved as draft. User sends email message to a sender(s) but when checked from the sent items list, the “To” field does not show the name/email address that the user sent to.

Problem does not occur all the time. What could be the issue?

Any help/idea will be appreciated.
