SP1 for windows Vista lets you create a rescue disk using the command recdisc.exe. But when I try to run this command nothing happens. Has anyone come across this problem? Any fixes? Or am I doing something wrong?

Try this page - it seems to imply that the sp1 version of recdisc.exe is corrupt - Create a recovery disk

SP1 for windows Vista lets you create a rescue disk using the command recdisc.exe

its not a new featire. Its very similar to "rdisk" which existed in windows NT4
