i m having a problem with my laptop. for some reason my laptop won't start now. whenever i try to start my laptop its keep restart that's all it doing and not letting me go to windows and its also not letting me go to any menu. then i thought about formatting my PC but that's not helping either its keep freezing up in the middle of the process. it never happen before and i don't know what happen and what to do. may be there is a virus which making me not to do anything. please tell me what can i solve this problem.

because its shutting down when you try to reload im thinking heat problem first ,then maybe a CPU problem .get a can of compressed air and blow out the heat sinc and fans .
