Years ago I took out a lifetime subscription to Stopzilla. They have updated more than once since then but everytime I have tried to accept their invitation to update, it has caused uproar on the internet ...stripes, black patches general mahem. Obviously there is some conflict of interests going on. Twice I have had to delete the program and restore the original with MUCH time-consuming hassle. I hesitate to try again without knowing why this has happened before. Stopzilla were helpful, but didn't seem to know what to do.
I use XP, and Internet Explorer. Norton polices my computer and comes with BT Broadband.
I noticed on your site the 'clean up Explorer in 3 minutes' but I hesitate to mess about with something that seems to be working satisfactorily.
Any ideas wise techies? I would be grateful
