Im Running A Pentium 3 1gb Ibm Tower
Everytime I Go On The Internet It Freezes
When I Open Some Programs It Freezes
Ive Tried Getting Rid Of Spyware
Ive Tried Reformatting The Computer
I Cant Figure It Out And Im About To Give Up
Someone Pleasssse Help Me :d

You say you tried reformatting the computer and it still happens? Odds are it is a hardware problem then. Video card drivers are prone to causing freezes as well as random restarts, usually in graphic-intensive programs. Bad RAM in a machine can also cause this. I would take the RAM out of your machine, and bring it to your local computer store. Most computer stores have devices which can be used to test for bad RAM. I doubt they would even charge you - it only takes a few minutes.
