I am facing some problem in making my system work. The system could not work beyond window is starting up though the mouseis just moving but every other things just as dead. Pls what can be done to get all my data.

have u tried pressing F8 to get to safe mode? Press F8 (or keep tapping the key) until u get a b/w scrfeenand choose safe mofe.
