1) My outlook, I had several people BLOCKED via mail rules, I REMOVE the rules & the blocked senders just re appear again, I want to remove the blocks but it seems like I cant? No idea why?
2) Verizon e mail many people say they e mail me YET I dont get the e mail., I have verizon with the Yahoo package, this IS not related to my post in item 1
Both of these issues are totally unclear to me, any ideas here?

No SIR, not in the trash, not in the area of Verizon/Yahoo...Wierd on the OUTLOOK side, I have people blocked, I try to Un block, hit accept ok & then it blocks them again., its REAL confusing..TY for the reply maybe we can resolve!
