Probably file is really corrupted - this occurs in certain cases e.g. damaged CD disk.

Oh ,do tell ,for those with the same problem looking for an answer !,how did you resolve it ,thanks

I was told to try using AUTORUNS, which outline all of the applications that load at startup. The program identified phoquxa.dll, which I then deleted.
