whenever i start my computer, the volume label C: is always checked for bad sectors,i had scan surfacely that volume label but it doesnot work,can anyone help me....

Are you sure that the computer is properly switched off? If it isn't, the disk could glitch nd it will be checked on boot up because shutdown was not complete.
