I have a Averatec 2370 Windows XP laptop and I want to restore it to factory settings so I can give it to my cousin who doesn't havea computer. I backed up all my important files and tried to find how to do it but so far no luck.
Any advice on how to figure this out?
I have returned my desktop Compaq to factory settings before but the Acer is giving me a headache.

Hi,
If the PC did not come with a CD with setup or an area on the hard drive with it on, you will have to contact the company for information on their product.
