My windows xp have slow start up it frezees when i turn on my computer.And i have to wait 1 or 2 minutes before i can use my windows xp but it bots normal .Problem is after i login in my windows xp?

There are a lot of possible causes for this and your other post (http://www.daniweb.com/forums/thread239548.html)
A possibility for both is a virus or malware.
Go to the "Viruses, spyware and other nasties" and read about cleaning your computer. After you are sure you have a clean PC, if the problem still exists, post back with more detail about your machine and some one will assist you further.
