Anybody out there having trouble getting your deployments to join a domain with this product?

Here's the solution.

Although Snap deploy 3 has a check box in the image creation template that says "change SIDs" it doesn't actually do that like their manual claims. You have to download NEWSID v4.10 from MS at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897418.aspx
and apply it to the PC you take the image from and that tool will strip out the SID from the image you then use Acronis to deploy. The image then joins the domain correctly without any broken trust messages
