A few practical clarifications and extras that build on the replies from , and others.

The clipboard method mentioned earlier is fine, but there are more convenient keyboard options depending on Windows version: Alt+PrtScn copies only the active window; modern Windows supports Win+PrtScn (save full screen directly to Pictures\Screenshots) and Win+Shift+S to open the selection/snipping overlay so a region or a window can be captured without opening an editor. These give faster, cleaner captures than always grabbing the whole desktop. (support.microsoft.com)

If the machine uses an Apple keyboard (as asked), Boot Camp / Apple keyboard support maps Windows keys to Apple function keys so Print Screen may be available on an Apple-specific F-key (for example, some Apple external keyboards map it to an F‑key). Installing Apple’s Windows support or enabling Apple Keyboard Support restores those mappings. If drivers aren’t present, use the Windows On‑Screen Keyboard (osk) to click the PrtScn key and then paste into an image editor to save. (support.apple.com)

Quick OSK steps (useful when the physical PrtScn key is missing): open the On‑Screen Keyboard (Start → All Programs → Accessories → Accessibility, or Run osk), show the PrtScn key, click it, then paste into any image editor and save. If PrtScn still seems to do nothing, check for Fn/function‑lock on laptops, whether another app is intercepting the key, or whether Boot Camp/keyboard drivers are needed. (support.microsoft.com)

For frequent captures or advanced features (scrolling windows, automatic filenames, annotations) consider a dedicated capture utility — and already pointed to options in the thread. When choosing one, pick software compatible with the Windows version in use and check whether it wants to override the PrtScn shortcut (that can change how the key behaves). (support.microsoft.com)

Capture from analogX is easy to use. After installation a camera will pop up in the the quick launch bar. Just hit the icon it takes the picture. Then recover the pictures from the AnalogX folder.
Or you could always just use PaintShop pro.

ok
Tanks
