If i am installing anything then comes the BlueScreen error and then computer make a restart.

i have had a quick look into it but can find any info on it and can't thing of the top of my head what it would be.
all though
could be a virus
have you tried booting up in safe mode and have a virus scan or you might be able to try and install you program in safe mode (i think you can install programs in safe mode NOT to sure though you will just have to try it or google it).
Have your been able to install program in the past on your computer if so when?
if you have then you should try a system restore. and restore your computer back to the state that is was when you could install programs.
