I've tried the microsoft's way which was

but i was stuck when i got to copy c:\windows\system32\config\system
because it said "the system cannot find the file specified"
then i tried the fixboot and fixmbr
and it still didn't work. Is there any other way besides formatting?

but there's other problem, when it gets to the logo with loading screen
it just restarts itself and comes back to the
choices (safemode,safemode with networking, etc) and i tried every possible way to get this thing started it still won't work...
