Hi all. For those who do not know, Windows does not defrag the swap file when you run the defragmenter. PageDerag defrags the page file (registry included) which speeds up load times etc.
PS. Mods, please let me know if this sort of stuff is not acceptable practice here.

Jump to PostDiskeeper, a more complete version of the Windows 2000/XP disk defragmenter, does this as well. Microsoft actually licensed a lite version of Diskeeper for inclusion in the OS.
