Hi I'm new to the tech side of pc's but was hoping someone might be able to help me?
I keep getting this error message on booting my PC - Error loading C:\users\Ben Benson\AppData\Local\uaycopil.dll
No idea what to do. Any suggestions?

The error is because the file has been deleted, probably by your Anti Virus program, If you search internet you will find no trace of this file even listed, and this is suspicious!
Check your registry start up areas, as this file is set to start up when your PC does.
Look here;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
and for 64 bit windows here too;
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\RunOnce
Delete any entries you find for this file, and the error messages will stop.
