Would like to use it on a single laptop with limited space. I would ask the following:
Have there been any improvements to the security exploits of prior years?
Would like to minimize the total volume of the inbox. Is there a way to configure for only the last week or two weeks?

Inbox size? Just delete stuff. I don't know of any settings to do as you wish.

There is an option to choose how long you would like to keep your inbox for, i cannot be bothered checking, but it will be in there somewhere just have a decent look.
