ok so first the comp would only start in safe mode then when I tried to restore to the last good config. it started giving me error F3-f000-0004 I have no idea what this is please help me lol if you know what it is and how to fix it

What, was this F3-f000-0004 error on a blue screen with white text, in a message box, or did it come from the Windows Boot Manager?
