I have an SBS 2008 server that is configured with JBOD and would like to set it up to Raid 1. The thought of building the server from the ground up again doesnt really appeal to me as the server is now business critical. Ive thought of ghosting an image of the root disk to a new disk, however with the introduction of the raid controller im worried it might throw up numerous errors. Is there another alternative approach i could use ?

The fact that it's RAID doesn't matter. Ghost still sees it as one disk.
