in my taskmanager, the upper window which has options like processes etc. cannot be seen.
also the title bar is not visible.please help me anyone.please.you can send me a e-mail at <snip>

Actually its not a problem, Task Manager is running in "Tiny Footprint Mode".
Just double click on the border and your Task manager will be back in normal mode. You'll be able to see menubar, titlebar.
You can again change the normal mode to Tiny footprint mode by double-clicking on the border.
