Adobe Acrobat X Pro Help Needed

Good Morning,

I was sent a PDF that I needed to edit, and was able to change some of the text, etc. using Adobe Acrobat Pro X, but can't get rid of the logo in the background of the page. Any suggestions on how to delet it? Any idea how I can copy the entire PDF (Text, word forms etc.) to be exactly the same without having the logo? I have attached the form and would appreciate any help on this!
