is there any way to copy address book from one user to another user Ms Outlook ? .Kindly let me know the idea.it is very much effort to make hundreds of email id in New Distributin List/Contacts.

Have you seen this? It is nearly the same as what you want. After exporting your contacts, just save it into a thumbdrive. Log in with another user account and import the backup contacts from your thumbdrive to the user's microsoft outlook. Hope it helps:)

just be careful the info/directions in the link doesn't overwrite existing contacts in outlook
