I have recently had some problems with all of the programs in my MS Office. The main problem is that whenever I click on the arrow to open up the Look-in drop-down menu at the top of various windows in Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, the program locks up and I have to ctrl-alt-del to get out of it.

I thought about uninstalling and then reinstalling MS Office, but am afraid I would lose all of my past emails in Outlook (is this a concern or not?).

Any ideas of the cause or a solution would be appreciated.
