I want to set yahoo mail to launch when I click on an e-mail link. I know, the easy way is to install the yahoo toolbar, however I don't want toolbars running in the background and hogging up real estate on my internet explorer page. There must be some kind of registry hack that would allow that. Anyone know of one. This would be IE 8 and 9 on Win XP and 7 machines.

You could enable pop on the yahoo account(for a fee), or forward all of your yahoo mail to Windows Live Mail
