Hello,
I just got A new Hp Pavilion g7 with 6 gig mem, over 500 meg harddrive...I download Firefox from downloads.com andI have been tring to download Adobe Flash Player from there site and it will get to 7% and stall out. I have turned off the firewall.I run avg as antivirus program on it. There is no other programs load when downloading adobe.

is you verson of windows activated yet ,
i assumed because you have 6gig ram that win7 64bit is installed on the laptop ,is that the case ,right clcik on [my]Computer icon and go to properties it will tell you thre if its 64bit windows installed
