Hi,
My desktop team supports about 800 users office/remote users. We recently moved to OUtlook 2007 (our Exchange server is 2003).
Ever since the mass rollout of Outlook2007, we have had many users report that outlook disconnects, it takes about 4 hours for it to connect again. If they use OWA they are fine.
We tried:
Setting them up on another pc, outlook doesnt connect
Recreated outlook profile
checked event logs, we noticed this, TCP/IP has reached the security limit imposed on the number of concurrent
TCP connect attempts.

We also noticed one pattern this happens with users with the max storage limit (1GB). Our Exchange team is outsourced within the same company, they report no problems on their end, to check the network.
Network team says network is good check server.
The frequency is about weekly for some for others it happens when they work on the VPN, come into the office and they get disconnected once connected to LAN.
We have a standard image, Windows XP SP3.

Has any one seen this...resolultion?
